With more than 20 years in the maritime sector, laiva is steered by an experienced and qualified captain Klāvs Killo, whose credentials cover managing superyachts and custom projects across Northern and Southern Europe, Africa, the UAE, Japan and South-East Asia.

Supported by a team of qualified professionals in yacht management, hospitality, business development, marketing and technology services, the crew combines real-world maritime expertise with commercial know-how. Our approach is transparent and future-focused, bringing fresh thinking to the industry.
